Abstract

Abstract The use of Imaging Plates (IP) signifies great progress for electron diffraction structure analysis (EDSA). This is evidenced and verified in case of brucite Mg(OH)2 studied earlier by means of electron diffractometry. Actual problems and real perspectives in the development of EDSA based on IP are outlined.
