Abstract
The main characteristics of an active landslide located before the Thracian Cliffs golf club, SW of the village of Bozhurets (Northern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast) are considered. The results of the field studies for the landslide activity for the period 2018–2020 are presented. Physical and mechanical parameters of samples from the landslide toe are determined. Extensive research has been carried out on the latest landslide activations. As part of the study, a control geodynamic network covering the landslide area was established.
