Abstract

The paper is devoted to the study of applicability of PPP mechanisms for industrial projects with R&D component. The author notes the increased importance of the realization of such projects in order to ensure technological sovereignty in the Russian Federation. The paper considers the concept of PPP, as well as its advantages for the parties. The legal basis of publicprivate partnership is considered, and the federal law, within the framework of which it is possible to realize industrial projects on the basis of PPP, is defined. The legislative barriers available for the realization of industrial projects with R&D component are studied, and the scheme of financing such projects on the basis of PPP in case of their elimination is proposed.
