Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Talent Management, Education Level, and Work Experience on Employee Performance at UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study was conducted by nonprobability sampling method with quota sampling type with the number of respondents as many as 50 employees of UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo employees. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS 22 program. The results in this study prove that the talent management variable has a positive effect on performance, the education level variable has a negative effect on performance, and the work experience variable has a positive effect on employee performance at UPTD SPNF SKB Sidoarjo.
