Abstract

The problem of legal anomie is considered through the prism of the formation of the text of the Basic Law of the Russian Federation. It is noted that the Constitution of the Russian Federation was prepared in accordance with classical Western models, but the existing socio-political situation in the Russian state was not properly taken into account. Many provisions of the adopted Constitution of the Russian Federation were of a declarative nature and did not correspond to the actual state of social relations, taking into account their historical development. In this connection, many of the requirements of the Basic Law could only be fulfilled in the future. The establishment of constitutional norms in the absence in the Russian Federation of an established effective mechanism for ensuring them inevitably led to the strengthening of the already existing state of legal anomie in society.
