Abstract
AbstractA 37-year-old female, who was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) 20 years earlier and on regular treatment, with a recent history of pulmonary thromboembolism on inj. clexane, presented with anginal type of chest pain of 4 hours duration ECG, showing ST elevation, and was finally diagnosed to have Takotsubo cardiomyopathy.
