Abstract
SummaryNormal human platelets contain a variety of di- and tripeptidases. The hydrolytic action of platelet extracts on glycylglycine, glycyl-L-leucine and L-leucylglycine was investigated under a variety of conditions. The pH optima, heavy metal activation and some other properties of these enzymes were described and compared with that of serum and the other formed elements of the blood.
