Abstract

Key Points Smac mimetic and GCs synergize to induce apoptosis in ALL cells in vitro and in vivo. Smac mimetic and GCs cooperate to deplete IAP proteins and to trigger formation of a RIP1/FADD/caspase-8 complex (ripoptosome).
