Abstract

Key Points We developed an approach of T-cell-replete haploidentical HSCT with low-dose anti-T-lymphocyte globulin. Outcomes of suitably matched URD-HSCT and HRD-HSCT are similar, and HRD-HSCT improves outcomes of patients with high-risk leukemia.
