Abstract

Key Points The anti-β2GP1 autoantibody/β2GP1 complex binds to the platelet thrombus, amplifying platelet activation. Platelets are required for enhanced activation of the endothelium and fibrin generation by the anti-β2GP1 autoantibody/β2GP1 complex.
