Abstract

Key Points Mice lacking mast cells have severely exacerbated GVHD compared with WT controls. Engraftment of mast cells into C75BL/6-KitW-sh/W-sh mast cell–deficient animals improves survival but not if the mast cells are derived from IL-10 KO mice.
