Abstract

Key Points Rac1 and Cdc42 possess nonredundant roles in preventing apoptosis of NPM-ALK lymphoma cells. Simultaneous deletions of both Rac1 and Cdc42 prevents NPM-ALK lymphoma dissemination in vivo.
