Abstract

Key Points DEPTOR is expressed in vascular endothelial cells and serves as an endogenous inhibitor of mTORC1, ERK1/2, and STAT1 activity. DEPTOR is potent to regulate endothelial cell expression of chemokines and adhesion molecules, leukocyte-endothelial adhesion, and endothelial migratory responses.
