Abstract

Key Points Profiling of the Wnt/β-catenin pathway reveals overexpression of Wnt5a, LEF-1 and TCF-1 in ATL patient cells. ATL cells overexpress Wnt5a, which enhances osteoclastogenesis and may contribute to the osteolytic bone lesions and hypercalcemia.
