Abstract

Key Points TLI/ATS/alkylator conditioning allows engraftment without GVHD after curative MHC-mismatched BMT for murine β-thalassemia. Recipient MDSCs generated in TLI/ATS/alkylator nonmyeloablative conditioning facilitate donor Treg recovery and graft-versus-host tolerance.
