Abstract

Abstract 1. An in vitro technic for quantitating leukocyte agglutination has been described. 2. With this technic the dynamics of leukocyte agglutination and the response of leukocytes to antigenic agents in both sensitive and nonsensitive systems have been studied. 3. The relationship of this study to the problem of agranulocytosis is discussed.
