Pengaruh Pelayanan Penyelenggaraan Praktik Kerja Industri Terhadap Kompetensi Agribisnis Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Kelas XII Di SMKN 63 Jakarta

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service of implementing industrial work practices in class XII of the agribusiness and horticulture plant expertise program at Vocational School 63 Jakarta, the competency mastery of class XII students of food crops and horticulture agribusiness at Vocational School 63 Jakarta, and how much influence the application of industrial work practices has on competence in class XII plant and horticulture agribusiness expertise program at Vocational School 63 Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive method and a quantitative approach. The results of the research by calculating the WMS (Weight Means Score) show the general tendency of the Service Variables for the Implementation of Industrial Work Practices and the Class XII Agribusiness Competence Variables for Food Crops and Horticulture are in the Strong Enough category. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between the provision of industrial work practice services on the agribusiness competence of class XII food crops and horticulture at Vocational School 63 Jakarta which is classified as a very good category.
