Abstract
Doping of Zr, Sn, and Ti in β-Fe2O3 causes a change in the charge density in the [111] crystal orientation and a transfer of electrons, resulting in a reduction of the effective mass. Thus, the doping of Zr, Sn, and Ti decreases the effective mass in the [111] orientation and increases the carrier mobility.
