Abstract

New phenanthrene and triarylamine-based organic semiconductors with D′–π–D–π–D′ architecture were designed and synthesized for OFETs, the fabricated BGTC devices exhibited μh and Ion/off up to 3.5 cm2 V−1 s−1 and 108 and the lowest Vth up to −3 V, respectively.
