Abstract

Successfully synthesized Si(Nb)OC composites through single source precursor route and as-pyrolyzed Si(Nb)OC demonstrate good rate capability due to uniformly distributed nanosized Nb2O5and graphitic carbon structure in the amorphous SiOC matrix.
