Abstract

Exploring the phenomenon of half-metallicity in Cr₂Ge₂Te₆ monolayer via electron-doping or adsorption makes it a promising for spintronic devices. Moreover, experimentally adsorption is viable for achieving half-metallicity in CGT systems.
