Abstract

An ultralow-content Pt nanodot (0.71 wt%) containing Pt/Ni3Fe/rGO electrocatalyst is constructed via an interlayer nanoconfinement, which exhibits satisfactory electrocatalytic performances for the OER and HER and as an electrolyzer.
