Abstract
PMDA–ODA polyimide, broadly known as Kapton, solution-cast coatings cured at low temperatures, act as ammonia sensors. Detection and quantification of ammonia (NH3) vapours from ammonia solutions of different molarities. A device is presented, demonstrating the real-time detection of ammonia vapors by the PMDA–ODA coatings.
