Abstract

This article proposed an AIEgen (TPA-2CN) with high molar absorption and photothermal efficiency. Free radicals and hyperpyrexia, inducing M2-to-M1 transformation in tumor macrophages, enabled synergistic phototherapy and immunotherapy.
