Abstract
Asymmetric synthesis of (αS)-polyfluoroalkylated prolinols by the asymmetric Meerwein–Ponndorf–Verley-type reduction of perfluoroalkyl N-Boc-pyrrolidyl ketones with Et2Zn has been developed.
