Abstract

Novel complex [Pb(HL′)Cl2]·MeOH (1·MeOH) was synthesized from an equimolar reaction of N′-isonicotinoylpicolinohydrazonamide (HL) with PbCl2, where HL′ is a zwitterionic form of HL with the protonated 4-pyridyl and deprotonated amide nitrogen atoms.
