Synthesis and reactivity of tantalum corrole complexes

Abstract
Tantalum corroles have been prepared via deprotonation of the free base (Mes2(p-OMePh)corrole)H3 by tantalum trialkyl precursors, resulting in the first report of structurally characterized group 5 corrole complexes.
