Abstract

The new oxonitridosilicate phosphor La_2.31Sr_3.69Si₅N_10.31O_1.69:Pr³⁺could be excited with near-UV and blue light, and shows a narrow-band red emission peaking at 625 nm with a full width at half-maximum of 40 nm.
