High proton conductivity of NaMg1−xLixHx (PO3)3·yH2O with a three-dimensional open framework in the intermediate temperature range

Abstract

A mixed cation phosphate, NaMg1−xLixHx(PO3)3·yH2O, exhibits a proton conductivity of over 10−2 Scm−1 in the wide temperature range of 150–500 ° C under a non-humidified atmosphere, which is covering the desired operating temperature of fuel cells for automobiles and cogeneration systems.
