Abstract

Six amphiphiles consisting of macrocyclic polyamine triazole-[12]aneN3 (M) and tetraphenylethenethiophene modified cyanoacrylate (TTC) moiety linked with alkyl chains (L), have been synthesized for synergetic anticancer gene therapy and photodynamic therapy.
