Abstract

The oxygenated binuclear Cu(ii) complex [Cu(μ-bimeta)3(μ-O)Cu]2+ (1ox), generated from the reaction of tris(imidazolyl) dicopper(i) complex [Cu(μ-bimeta)3Cu]2+ (1) with O2/PhIO, could perform catalytic oxidation of DTBP to yield TBOBF.
