Abstract

Efficient NO photorelease is observed in cis(Cl,Cl)-[RuII(FT)Cl2(NO)](PF6) and trans(Cl,Cl)-[RuII(FT)Cl2(NO)](PF6) with a quantum yield of 0.31 and 0.10 respectively.
