Abstract
N-doped hierarchically nanoporous carbon nanowires prepared through an Fe/Co metal-assisted pyrimidine carbonization in an anodic alumina oxide (AAO) confined nanospace demonstrate excellent ORR performances comparable to a commercial Pt/C catalyst.
