Abstract

The optical properties of Sb2Se3 and Sb2S3 polycrystals from 1.0 to 4.6 eV were analyzed. The multi-oscillator Tauc–Lorentz model allowed complex dielectric functions to be parametrized and the optical dielectric functions of the samples were evaluated.
