Abstract

A porous structure of the nanotubes, the conversion between Ce3+ and Ce4+, and an n–p heterojunction between n-CeO2/p-ZnCo2O4, these are the potential reasons to the improvement in gas sensing performance of CeO2/ZnCo2O4 nanotubes.
