Abstract

A pillar-layer Zn–triazolate–dicarboxylate framework featuring 1D channels decorated with adjacent uncoordinated carboxylate–O atoms has been synthesized and is capable of selectively capturing C2H2and C2H6from C2H2/C2H4/C2H6ternary mixtures.
