Abstract

Using Li+co-doping for charge compensation, the broadband NIR luminescence intensity was enhanced. Compared with K2ZnF4:Cr3+, the emission intensity of K2ZnF4:Cr3+,Li+increased 2.58 times. A high-power NIR LED device was realized.
