Abstract

By using magnetic circular dichroism (MCD), antiferromagnetic-type JL electronic interaction (ΔJL) in heteroleptic Dy–porphyrin complexes was successfully determined. The ΔJL was tuned by changing the coordinating atoms of the non-aromatic ligands.
