Substantially improved energy density of SrTiO3 thin film by cyclic cooling–heating and the interfacial blocking effect

Abstract

From the micro level, internal defects were restored after cyclic cooling–heating. On the macro level, a blocking layer (AO) was generated between the STO film and Al electrode during the I–V test. The maximum energy density was 30.31 J cm⁻³ after micro and macro modification.
