Abstract

The rapid growth of quasi-aligned SiC nanowire arrays on carbon paper was achieved by an induction heating technique without catalyst assistance. RuO_x/SiC/C results in enhanced performance compared to SiC/C toward the photoelectrochemical oxygen evolution reaction.
