Abstract

A phase pure green Ba₃Si₆O₁₂N₂:Eu²⁺ phosphor (left) was successfully synthesized by controlling the Si/Ba and O/Ba of the starting materials, and it has great potential to prepare high CRI (R_a > 90) white LEDs (right).
