Abstract

SC79-loaded ZSM-5/chitosan porous scaffolds were fabricated for defined local bone regeneration, and the controlled release of SC79 from therapeutic scaffolds enhanced stem cell osteogenic differentiationviathe activated Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.
