Abstract
Using Me-3,2-HOPO as the bidentate decorporation ligand, a high removal efficiency of Gd(iii) from cells was achieved, suggesting the potential of bidentate HOPO ligands as an effective approach to treat patients suffering from Gd(iii) toxicity.
