Abstract

A novel near-infrared fluorescent probe was developed for selectively monitoring hydrogen sulfide (H2S). This probe was successfully applied to detect H2S in living cells, zebrafish, and hippocampal tissue of Alzheimer's disease (AD) mouse models.
