Abstract

A novel polarization-perceptual neuro-transistor with reconfigurable neuromorphic vision is proposed based on a 2D ReS2 phototransistor. Polarized navigation with reconfigurable learning ability and 3D visual polarization imaging are experimentally demonstrated for the first time.
