Abstract
Visible light responsive TiO2 crystals form on the surfaces of rutile TiO2 nanocrystals during kinetic phase transformation from anatase to rutile. The nanocrystals exhibit excellent photoelectric conversion properties for photocatalytic hydrogen production.
