Abstract

(BA)2PbBr4 microcrystals are demonstrated to be a versatile scintillator for radiation detection. The light yield of (BA)2PbBr4 microcrystals can reach up to 7000 photons per MeV with a fast decay time of 2.52 ns under 137Cs γ-ray excitation.
