Abstract

We developed Ti2C@BSA-ISO nanocomposites as a novel therapeutic nanomedicine for ischemic stroke treatment. Ti2C@BSA-ISO can reverse the decrease in cellular activity caused by ROS and promote neuroprotection and scavenging of ROS in the hippocampal CA1 area and cerebral cortex of rats.
