Abstract

MoO2/Ni0.2Mo0.8N nanorods on nickel foam delivered a low overpotential of 264 mV at 10 mA cm−2 in alkaline electrolyte for oxygen evolution reaction due to the synergistic effect as a result of interfacial engineering between MoO2 and Ni0.2Mo0.8N.
