Abstract

A Co dimer with a 3e-reduced NNN pincer ligand [(PMe3)2CoII(L13−)CoI(PMe3)3] is an efficient catalyst for the hydrophosphination reaction of both internal and terminal alkynes including α-hydroxy-functionalized alkyne substrates with excellent stereo- and regioselectivity.
